At Savage Nerd Peptides, we are committed to providing high-quality Research Use Only (RUO) products and excellent customer service. Due to the specialized nature of our products, all sales are generally considered final. Please review the following policy before placing an order.
General Return Policy
Because our products are sold exclusively for Research Use Only, we do not accept returns based on:
- Change of mind
- Ordering the wrong item
- No longer needing the product
- Improper storage after delivery
- Misuse of the product
- Customer handling after delivery
Unless otherwise stated below, all sales are final.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives:
- damaged during shipping;
- missing items; or
- contains the incorrect product,
please contact us within 5 calendar days of the documented delivery date.
To help us resolve your claim quickly, please include:
- Your order number
- A description of the issue
- Clear photographs of the shipping package
- Clear photographs of the product(s)
Depending on the circumstances, Savage Nerd Peptides may, at its discretion:
- Ship a replacement product
- Issue a full or partial refund
- Issue store credit
Quality Guarantee
Savage Nerd Peptides stands behind the quality of every product we sell.
If you believe a product does not meet the specifications published in its accompanying Certificate of Analysis (COA), you may contact us to initiate a quality review.
If you elect to obtain independent analytical testing, the testing must:
- Be performed by an independent laboratory acceptable to Savage Nerd Peptides;
- Use scientifically appropriate analytical methods for the product being tested;
- Include sufficient documentation to identify the tested lot or batch; and
- Be conducted on product that has been properly stored and handled.
If, after reviewing the available information, Savage Nerd Peptides determines that the product materially fails to meet its published specifications, we may, at our sole discretion, provide a replacement product, issue a refund, or offer store credit.
This Quality Guarantee does not apply to products that have been improperly stored, contaminated, altered, mishandled, or used in a manner inconsistent with their intended Research Use Only purpose.
Order Cancellations
Orders may be canceled before they have entered processing.
Once an order has been processed for shipment, it cannot be canceled.
Incorrect Shipping Address
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.
If an incorrect address results in a returned shipment, additional shipping charges may apply before the order can be reshipped.
Returned Shipments
If a shipment is refused or returned to us due to an incorrect address, failed delivery attempts, or failure to claim the package, we reserve the right to deduct applicable shipping costs before issuing any approved refund or reshipping the order.
Non-Refundable Items
Refunds will not be issued for:
- Improper product handling
- Improper storage
- Product misuse
- Research errors
- Orders placed in error
- Products that have been opened or altered (except as part of a documented quality review)
- Carrier delays outside of our control

Products are not intended for human consumption, veterinary use, diagnostic use, therapeutic use, or any other prohibited purpose.
